If you’re black or from the United States, I would not recommend. Not sure which one impacted the staff more. They were rude and quite unfriendly. I would never go back to this hotel. The hotel was very beautiful but smelled like wet dog.

Esperábamos bastante más de un hotel con el nombre Hilton. Fuga de agua en el lavamanos, olor a cloaca cuando llueve, personal de limpieza que no trapea ni barre el cuarto, no limpia los vasos y tazas en varios días. De hecho, ante el reclamo, sugirió que éramos nosotros quienes debíamos lavar las tazas (¿?).
