The hotel is fabulous. Spacious room, very clean, top notch staff from the concierge to the valet to the housekeeping to the waitstaff. They certainly take the time and make the effort to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast alone is worth staying there for! As with anything in San Jose it was difficult to locate, but once we did it was great having a location so close to the city center.

Excellent stay
We really enjoyed the large and very comfortable beds and the best shower. The hotel was very cool and the staff super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Hotel Presidente in San Jose. Great location.

Great hotel, even greater service!
Great property! Large, well appointed, comfortable room! Staff are out standing! I would return to this hotel for just the fabulous service!!! The breakfast buffet was top notch too! We had mixed reviews on the restaurant, but it’s worth trying. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

The hotel is very conveniently located next to pedestrian Avenida Central allowing to explore the city center on foot. It's close to most major museums and architectural attractions. Very safe, beautiful lobby and excellent breakfast.

This hotel and the employees are wonderful. San Jose is a busy city. The hotel and all the little touches are lovely. The food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were fabulous. Kenneth was great to talk to. Love this place and will be back.

Great place to stay when visiting San Jose. The location is very central- half a block to the pedestrian mall and 4 blocks to the National Museum. Most other sites are also within walking distance. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and couldn’t have been more pleased. Good breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, comfy beds, hot shower and very clean.
