This place is not what it is billed to be on the website I was supposed to have “premium” bed linens. There were two short thin sheets and a semblance of a blanket that had zero fill in it. My TV did not work. I called and emailed thru this site. When i called, a man said he would come and fix it. He never came. Lying is totally unacceptable I want a refund of my whole room amount.

Very close to airport and near the take off point. Lots of noise from planes taking off. Feels like an apartment instead of a hotel. Good for temporary stay.

The staff were very very helpful and nice people but the owners of the property should consider closing the facility down while they are doing construction renovation; the crew is hammering, sawing, moving materials and trucks are coming and going. They are doing more damage to their reputation by staying open rather just closing and getting everything completed.

Fire alarm went off at 5 in the morning with no explanation of staff. Tv didn’t work both days of my stay even after advising staff. Shower was plumbed backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot. Woke up on second night at 4 in the morning with about 60 ants crawling over my head and chest. Took pictures of the ants all over the shower, nightstands and counters. Worst hotel stay I ever had. Night manager could care less. I would NEVER go back. Not to mention it is directly under the landing path so you hear rumbling jet engines until 11:00 pm the one bright spot was it is convenient to the airport.

well half of the building was under construction that we were staying in. A good portion of the parking lot in the back was full of construction equipment and messy. Room was really small. It was clean and newly remodeled so that was nice. but having half of the floor we were staying on under construction and messy was disappointing.

I wasn't able to check in until 3;45am, getting a late check out would have seemed obvious. Yet it wasnt, Not wanting to continue arguing I closed my door. In the end, i was charged $59.00 for an arguement. no very friendly.
