Concern of safety gone unexplained!
Everything was great until last day...someone had a keycard and opened our door at 4:30 am ...we yelled ..they shut door and ran!...I got up went to door opened it and whoever was gone...i told desk to check cameras...we went ate breakfast and then checked out and asked what you see?. They said they made a note of it...they acted like it was not worth worrying about!...something didn't seem right..there reaction was like they didnt believe us or was covering up for someone...anyway how hard is it to look at a security camera in the hour of time between when i told them to when we checked out!....ive stayed this place more than a dozen times...im not sure im going back again now.

We usually LOVE everything about this hotel, but this time we had a few hiccups. The first evening, the fire alarm went on in the hallway at 2:00AM! the second evening, someone in the same floor woke up very early and was not very considerate of those of us wanting to sleep past 5:00am and was yelling. Then we went to have breakfast which has always been great!, but this time I got sick a few hours later and it lasted all day and night with horrible cramps( I did not eat or drink anything outside the hotel). I’d like to tjink that it is a “strange occurence”, definitely not the norm.
