Nothing like the photis
The property was a bit run down. Most of the restaurants were closed and the ones that were open had limited options. The pool didn't look very clean. We were unable to use the airport shuttle because it was unavailable when we needed it, so we had to pay for a taxi. It looks like at one point it was an amazing hotel, but it is clear that they are going through a financial hardship

Better Than Expected
This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. Both of my rooms were comfortable and worth recommending. If you can, upgrade your room! *this is a comparison to other global AIRPORT hotels*

We stayed for just one night as a layover and it was comfortable. the hotel does need some updating as the tub had rust stains in it. the restaurants were few , one was closed and the other was barely functioning- with one guy holding the fort down by himself.

Our room had no running water the night we checked in, the phone in the room did not work, and the next day we were only able to take a very cold shower when the water came on. There was someone's mouth guard on the floor in front of the bathroom sink that I stepped on when I tried to brush my teeth, with no running water! The couch in the room was terrribly stained as well.

I spent one night at the hotel and had several inconveniences, first of all when I got to the room there was water on the bathroom floor, then I tried to take a bath and there was no water. The shuttle service to the airport is restricted to a schedule so I had to pay. The hotel restaurant is very bad, they took an hour to bring us the food and forgot my boyfriend's plate. I do not recommend the hotel!

Overall this hotel looks very run down and urgently in need of TLC like paint and tile and carpet replacement throughout. Nothing like most Wyndham properties I have stayed at previously. What really sucked was that we asked the front desk about the airport shuttle upon arrival and were only told that the service starts at 6 am and occurs every hour after that. He made no mention that we needed to make a reservation ti take the shuttle. We showed up 15 minutes before the hour and waited for the shuttle but it didn’t arrive. My wife and I are both bilingual so there was no misunderstanding just a lack of communication. My wife asked the front desk about the shuttle and they informed her we had to make a reservation. We ended up paying for two Ubers since our party of 5 and luggage was too much for one. That was not super expensive but it’s completely unacceptable for the hotel staff not to inform us. Many hotels that are near the airport here have regular service without reservation.

Pros: roof over your head and had decent AC but if you run hot go elsewhere large rooms and great location and secure and multiple pools and very nice staff beds were super comfy Cons: we got a sofa bed/couch but there was no extra bedding, very outdated I’d say 1980s stained carpet, water turned off during our stay, and no access to streaming apps on tv, and WiFi was terrible, room service wasn’t open, and restaurant we had to go to took forever like 1.5 hours to wait for food, like two waiters and 1 cook and not busy at all for the wait
