"The checkin was mixed. The guy couldn't find my reservation but gave us a room anyway. He told us that it was our fault even though we had a confirmed reservation through this site. The room was dirty. The shower was full of hair, there was no soap, They gave us a blanket with a used band-aid stuck ..."
