Staff scarce but helpful. Unusual design for a provincial capital: colourful, even glitzy, clean lines. Everything works by QR code which is not always reliable. Room lighting chic but no decent reading light over the bed. Brilliant breakfast. (I especially recommend the chicken soup.)

The hotel is very nice, the only one thing i did not like was when checking in at 3pm the room was not ready and we needed to wait about 40minutes before checking in. Otherwise everything was nice there, recommended.
