Not all the staff was helpful. I understand they don’t offer a bell boy service but it would have been nice if the staff sitting behind the counter offered assistance with our luggage when we were checking out of the hotel. Ricardo was the only staff member that assisted us with our baggage upon checking in and each day he saw us walk through the lobby during our stay he greeted us. He was gracious and friendly. This place also does not have parking so be ready to drive around for at least 15 minutes looking for a spot.

Loved this place. This was my first time being here and I loved it. I will definitely be back. The only down side was cell service wasn’t great and the internet wouldn’t work all the time but it still was overall great. The staff was friendly and they kept the place looking so nice. Definitely recommend people to stay there.

Very cozy and quiet boutique, feel at home and enjoyed the interior. The patio was serene with beautiful plants like a palace. The pool was clean, with a waterfall and relaxing. It was close to the beach, and amazing food spots

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff

Had a wonderful stay here a couple of weeks ago. The staff was extremely nice and hospitable. 5 minutes away from many attractions (restaurants, bars, La placita etc.. ) also close to other scenic neighborhoods. They have a very nice heated pool. They have a nice court yard by the pool. Best thing was that they are so close to the beach. That end of the beach is beautiful and serene. Had a Queen room, not super fancy but decent size, a/c and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Just came back from Puerto Rico. Am a flight attendant for 27 years so I know a little about hotel. Have never stayed in a more disgusting place. Room was dark, absolutely no light. Small, damp, spotty internet. Bathroom so small when u took shower whole bathroom floor was wet. George the supervisor was no help to Me. Pictures on Expedia are nothing like the property.

Beach Boutique Gem

Great location to food, beach and city life. We travelled for the Bad Bunny concert, and the Hotel was the perfect place to recharge. The pool was so clean and in the shade so we did not need sunscreen. The beach was a very short walk from the hotel and they provided beach towels. Great food options for breakfast to late night snacks. The staff was beyond friendly and super helpful.

Super cute and affordable, Ricardo was the best. Whole staff was amazing. Cleaning staff just great. Loved the pool. Only wish there were drink and snack options on site but places are walkable to get what you want. Will stay again if ever back in the PR!

The property is beautiful and staff was very friendly however we had an issue with our toilet on the 2nd day of a 4 day trip and it was never fixed throughout our stay even after bringing it up multiple times. To not have a functioning toilet was a huge inconvenience and I wish maintenance was more on top of it. Otherwise we really enjoyed the area.

First time I traveled to Puerto Rico and I'm very happy with this hotel that I chose to stay for a couple days. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It felt very homelike. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Great location, a block from the beach. That’s the only positive thing about this property. No elevator, narrow and steep stairs, so you have to carry your luggage. Towels weee not changed, no room cleaning service despite asking many time. AC was loud and rooms were very humid. You have to keep room extremely cold to remove mugginess which may pose problem if you have lung problems. They have old fashioned key and only one, so if you and your partners are staying together, you have to make sure to be together when you return back.
