Beautiful view!! Staff was amazing from when k first got their to when i dropped off my key! Only issue i had was the last day when my family and i were leaving. We were on the 11th floor and the elevator got stuck. The alert button worked but the communication button did not. Sitting in an elevator 7 floors high with a 8yr old who thinks they are going to "not make it" for 25mins ALMOST...not quite ruined the experience. But overall great place to stay. Just get that communication button working guys!

This place is super convenient and a block from the beach. It’s across from Walgreens which is a plus. They have food, a bar and lots of space to work from a laptop or have meetings. At the beach, they have staff that will set you up with chairs and umbrellas.

Pros: - Convenient Location a few steps from the beach, restaurants and bars. - Friendly staff ready to accommodate any of your needs - Ample sized parking, comfy bed - Pool and spa opened 24 hours Cons: - Dated facilities, dusty rooms with some mold - 45 dollar a day fee plus your room fare, I forgot to read the fine print on this one, I would’ve probably stayed elsewhere if I’ve known. - Thin windows/walls meant that it was noisy, we actually requested a room change due to not being able to sleep for two nights because of the loud noises. - Breakfast could be better. Same 4-5 options each day. Overall it was our first stay in PR and the experience was ok, we will probably go with a better option next time we return.

The hotel was conveniently located by a lot of great attractions beach, casinos, and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was very dirty, and a lot of the wall plugs didn’t work
