My friend and I stayed one night at the Decanter Hotel. he personal was very friendly and attentive. The rooms where clean with great amenities. The area around the hotel was nice for walks. Loved the location. We felt very safe and relax. We will definitely be back!

Great location, spacious room on 3rd floor. Staff was nice and generally helpful. Our visit was in October, so restaurant was closed, rooftop bar only open on weekends. Coffee machine was out of order and we had no hot water in our room for the entire stay.

We loved the place. Location, location, location! The staff was friendly and helpful, the Roof Top Bar, La Catedral, was awesome, magnificent sunset view and on top of that, the waitress and bar tender knowledge and service were excellent. Highly recomended.

Small hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and updated. Roof top bar was great way to end the night! Hotel is convenient to restaurants and shops in Old San Juan. Stayed here for one night before taking a cruise out of Puerto Rico. Hotel is close to cruise terminal.

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at the Decanter Hotel in Old San Juan, and I want to praise the establishment for its exceptional professionalism, cleanliness, and excellent location. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff displaying courteousness and attentiveness. Throughout my stay, they addressed all my inquiries and requests promptly and skillfully, showing an impressive degree of politeness and friendliness. The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service greatly enhanced my experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom. One drawback is that if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them due to the paper-thin walls. However, it was just one night, and I handled it promptly. The best Marshalls store I've been to is just two blocks away, so it's very convenient for shopping. The hotel also provides easy access (walking) to popular attractions and dining options. I wholeheartedly recommend the Decanter Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay in Old San Juan. Thank you! ~ Leslie E., NYC
