The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience wonderful hospitality and an excellent location in old San Juan.

Awesome
Great service, very friendly from the point you open the door! They really want you to relax and have a good time! The lobby has a bar, with the drinks being a courtesy! The staff was awesome, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This is an older property and really needs some work. However the location is great, easy walking to dining shops etc. The staff are really what make this property stand out! They are very helpful and welcoming. Angel went above and beyond to assist me with an issue i was having. Thankyou gentlemen you made this a great place to stay!

We had a lovely one night stay before our cruise. Our room was small but adequate for one night. Love the security and location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the open bar that was included and appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine that we received as a VIP member. Great stay!

Great location. Great staff, ready to help with everything. Comfortable rooms, nothing fancy. Open bar, if thats your thing. Bed was a little sloped. Roof top terrace had great view. Be aware there is no elevator and the 4th floor where my room was meant a long trudge up.
