I will go back.
Love this hotel!!! People are very nice and the location is the best!!! The Restaurant in the lobby, Marcella, is amazing!! The drinks and the food are 5 stars!

El hotel bastante bonito y por el precio entiendo q es razonable. El ruino creo q de del condensador del aire que estaba pegado al hotel muy fuerte . Sonaba como si estuviera dentro del cuarto. Al menos en esa mañana no había calentador funcionando. El check in muy simple. En resumidas para resolver una noche está pasable pero para quedarse varios días y descansar no sea si sea el mejor

The hotel is nice is a nice location parking is in abandoned building up the street from hotel is 7 dollars a day the hotel is under renovations n my room was ok shower handle came off n shower curtain was dirty mirror in sink was old I hope they fix all that stuff n make things better this place has potential

They charge you a $200 fee and then won’t refund you the money because they say it smell like someone smoke weed but the staff saw you go outside to smoke at all times. They go by smells and not by any alarm going off. They even stopped by to talk to you while you smoke. The shower handle was broken and the space is so small with no desk to place your stuff. They truly like to steal money and make up lies.

Easy check in, however they asked for $200 deposit that I still haven’t received back yet and it’s been over 2 weeks now a bit disappointed about that, but hotel is nice small but clean and close to old San Juan

As a first time visitor to your island my main concern was my safety and I felt completely safe at El San Geronimo! Love the area, love the central location i.e. getting to Old San Juan, to the airport, getting to the malls etc.

We booked the basic standard room and I’ve never experienced something so small. No where to put our things. It was just a bed in a room. No shelves or couch. We had to open up the ironing board to have some form of counter space. The bathroom is tiny. Water in the shower was cold entire stay. I wouldn’t recommend this property. It should be cheaper than what is listed.
