At check-in they emphasized that we had to pay additional fees for benefits we did not have because we booked through Expedia, such as parking. Because we booked through Expedia they did not want to add our Bonvoy number.

I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived late because my flight was delayed but they patiently helped me check-in almost at 9:00 PM. The breakfast (which was included) was great. The only think I didn’t like was that I called the taxi service they recommended (gave card) and the person said they weren’t a taxi service. The area doesn’t have a Uber or public transportation readily accessible so, if you don’t rent a car or cannot drive, it will be very hard to move around the area.
