The staff were very friendly and helpful with assisting us in finding places and things to do in the area. Hotel was very clean, two restaurants on site with wonderful food! Convenient location to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property. Very close to Starbucks and other restaurants. Two pools to choose from. Very clean and very swanky hotel. I would give them a 4 because this staff was not friendly and they have too many rules. They don’t have irons. They were responsive, but not friendly. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected some type of patronage like other hotels, but they offered nothing for Hilton Honors Members. My sister stayed at a nearby Marriott that was not as expensive. The staff there was friendly and they provided a $15 daily food credit. The extra I paid was not worth it. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was great overall it just came with unexpected fees, resort fee, parking fee, Wi-Fi fee, complimentary breakfast fee was $55 breakfast was disappointing and disgusting, we didn’t eat anything off the plate and still was charged, overpriced for a $700 stay!

This hotel is located in a good location. I really enjoyed my stayed and hotel staff. Juan (the front desk ) was very nice . Also the nice gentleman at the front for the breakfast cafeteria. Overall everyone we interacted with very nice and polite. Love the hotel and the pool vibe , perfect for couple to just relax. Love the AC omg I slept like a queen.

Amazing stay, would definitely recommend. Juan checked us in and was so helpful, when our room was not ready we had a complimentary drink at the bar. The room was clean and perfect for two of us to fit comfortably. The view of the Condado Lagoon and balcony was a perfect addition to the room. 10 minute drive from the SJU airport. 9 minute drive to Old San Juan and 35 minutes to El Yunque. The only thing that would be good is a microwave in the room so we could heat up our leftovers. Overall, 10/10 would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay here. Uber rides was very affordable at this location. Most places were a less than a 10 minute drive. Would recommend to anyone. You have access to the beach and pool area at the hotel across the street. I will be coming back for my next stay in PR.

Reservation had been booked for 9/20-9/23 in celebration; arrived at hotel and was greeted with a pleasant morning staff. Informed about restaurants etc.. roughly around 7pm we noticed that our room door would not close unless we pushed latch in on side of the door & when we closed door it was not locked and would open if we just pushed on it.. we communicated with night concierge who then offered free drinks .. but still no soution to our door being fixed. Door was not fixed until 11:30 at night and we missed reservations.. person at the front desk explained he would refund a resort charge for the inconvenience that night.. day of check out we were then informed that the resort charge cannot be refunded & no notes were put into system: manager declined the request for refund because free breskfast was offered. No sense of urgency .. or empathy night of issue. Would not book here again.
