Insanely overpriced for what you get. Our check in was 3 hours late and we were comped parking, which seemed like another excessive in the first place. Watch out for the resort fee! It seems to cover a shuttle and nothing else, but San Juan is small enough that you can take Ubers for much less than that fee.

Centrally located near old San Juan, the airport and cruise terminal pier. Staff was accommodating and held our luggage in a lock room until our room was ready. Hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the beach and old San Juan. The room was nice, but the microwave hadn’t been cleaned and behind the nightstand was extremely dirty.

This property was great! The room was very comfortable and clean and the well stocked, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious- the man in charge of breakfast (we forgot his name) was incredibly friendly and nice! Head of housekeeping gave us personal recommendations on getting around the island and she was so sweet! The only slight issues were that it wasn’t clear that the parking was not an included cost and the water pressure in the shower left much to be desired. Incredible stay overall though!

It's a very basic hotel. The hallway smells funny, and the carpet in the room feels very spongy. They don't have room service and don't deliver to the room. I ordered the burger; the meat was hard like cardboard.

Had an amazing top floor corner 1 bed apt with views of a small active airstrip, a small harbor, marina, bay and ocean!. The place is clean, well equipped, and well managed. Minor issues with parking. great staff and housekeeping.
