Checked in and the room I booked two doubles was no longer available , got a room with a bed and fold out - not what I booked . When I went up at our 1 am check in time and I was pulling out the sofa bed it was filthy covered in hair and dirt , phone didn’t work to call reception , had to go down and then transfer rooms at 1am . Not what I would expect for $500 usd . Advertised priced and billed price $100 different due to taxes

The rooms were a good size; however, they were not well-equipped for four people. Specifically, we couldn't control the thermostat, and the hotel wouldn't provide additional comforters. The kids were cold every night. They offered blankets, but they were inadequate. During my six-night stay, it was a struggle every night to arrange for enough bedding.

I spent about 12 hours at the hotel. I was told the hotel was recently renovated or new, but it doesn't look that way. For example, the phone in my room was very old. I had to call the lobby (unsuccessful try) to ask for an ice machine, which I couldn't find on my floor. It was clean, but the shower could be cleaner. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was very spacious, and the space was well distributed. Towels were new, clean, and soft. The parking is tricky; you need to go to a garage in a separate building. Not the worst, but not my favorite type of parking experience. The staff was very helpful and nice. Check-in and check-out were pretty fast.

Clean rooms, great staff. Very helpful when tons of peoples flights got canceled and showed up. Let us all sit in conference room, gave us coffee, water, and cookies. Would definitely stay there again if I was in area.
