Bad Review…

We finally checked into our room close to 4 pm, no one contacted us to let us know our room was ready. Our room only had only 2 bath towels, 2 face towels and no hand towels for 3 people and only one slim bar of bath soap. The next day, we returned and our room was not cleaned, garbage was left in the bathroom, which was obvious it was not cleaned. Again, only 2 replacement bath towels provided, after we had complained the night before. The room was never cleaned throughout our 4 day stay. Apparently, you must request housekeeping service daily. It has been a big disappointment for the money we spent.

No pool

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is optimal. Only bad thing is that their pool is closed and they don't tell you while you're booking your stay. I was sent an email a couple of days before my arrival making it difficult for me to book elsewhere. Only when you get to the hotel you'll see a sign that said that the pool is under maintenance since 2023.

Check in time begins at 4pm. We got there at 4:30pm and there was a sign on the office (return in 30 minutes). I had to wait about 15 minutes. The parking is a nightmare. You have to find guess only signs and it's all the way on the 3 floor down. Dark and solitaire. To carry the luggages was a hassle. The room was nice and comfortable.

The property was fairly clean and the staff was fairly appropriate and kind, but the pool was not working. There were no landline phones operate in the rooms. The patio door did not lock. There was no hot water. There was no electricity and when you asked about the issues. No one could give a straight answer. This property should be banned or condemned. Especially when people are paying for a vacation., it is unsafe.There were a woman there with a child that needed breathing medication.But there was no plug to plug the machine into.Except for in common area this is unacceptable.It's unsafe and this property should be closed

I didn’t get the room I initially booked. The power was out in the entire building for two days. I received no room service. I did early check in via email didn’t check into my room until after 4 pm. No pool access due to construction. It was just an all around very bad experience! I would never visit Puerto Rico again

The area was nice and close to everything. But the hotel is nothing like what it stayed on the website or Google definitely not a 3.8 star hotel. There's no pool, they tell you that its getting remodel which its false. The rooms are not upgraded like in the pictures they're old, and no communication from the staff.

The property has an excellent location. The parking setup is perfect and very needed in this area. What is preventing me from eating it 5 stars is that the apartment did not have a WiFi router the week that I was there. I did talk to the front desk about the WiFi connection in the room and they said they would check. I finally found the place we're the router was supposed to be (inside the closet, high on the front wall of the closet) and there was NO router. I would make sure that you ask about the router if you are planning to rent this property. Other than that, I would recommend it

I don’t like that they charge me all that money and i didn’t have no WiFi, the shower over flowed into the room water under the beds, couldn’t use the television because they kept lying saying they had WiFi. The telephone didn’t work so my stay was crap I couldn’t use my phone the whole stay.

Poor communication, lost power 13 hours location is ok, Washer dryer out of service detergent was taken, house keeping didn’t show for four days even when asked. beach was good watch out for foreigner price hikes. Do the location research before going. Overall it was ok. People are kind.

People were friendly and helpful. Lobby and lobby bathrooms were kept spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. Looks like there are renovations in progress. We had a room on the seventh floor. Room was essentially clean but in need of refurbishing. Only real complaint is that the linens on one of our beds had not been changed before we arrived (not a bed we used).

We were not provided with maid service for our entire stay. We needed to go find and ask for clean towels and toiletries, and needed to repeatedly ask for beach towels. We requested a beach view room but instead was given a 2nd floor room overlooking the dilapidated pool/pool area. When we requested a room change we were told no.

Although I had an amazing time in PR with my family. The hotel room was not so great. Our room had an odor and the carpet was not clean. The hotel’s pool was broken although we did enjoy the beach. Overall, the room was a huge disappointment. Because this trip was a family trip and this location was recommended, I will never book here again. There is a difference from the ESJ Towers & ESJ Hotels. Pay attention to the reviews friends!!
