This place was cozy, beautiful and very accommodating. Its spacious layout gave my family and I they comfortable and private space w needed. The location is prime being that it was right on the viejo San Juan area close to everything there. The only issue is the parking but you have parking garage within distance you can use so it’s not bad at all.

The recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to issues with cleanliness, guest accommodation, and parking arrangements. While the location of the property was superb, providing easy access to local attractions, the overall experience fell short in several key areas. Upon arrival, communication regarding check-in was not timely, leading to confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, there was no information provided about local events that impacted parking availability, which made finding a spot quite challenging. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. A quick inspection revealed candy wrappers hidden behind the sleeper sofa, which indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. Furthermore, the sleeper sofa itself was damaged and could not be fully flattened, affecting comfort. The hotel’s solution to these issues was merely extending our check-out time by one hour, which did not adequately address the problems encountered. The balcony also presented a cleanliness issue, with noticeable pigeon droppings that detracted from the overall appeal. In summary, while the location of the hotel is commendable, the lack of efficient communication, cleanliness, and proper guest accommodation significantly impacted the stay. Improvements in these areas are essential for a better experience in the future.

The property location is excellent. Everything was nearby, and easy to get Uber, however, we were concerned about the apartment's overall cleanness, my friends and I kept getting bug bites inside of apartment, and our bodies started to itch really bad, we don't know if it is bed bug bites or some other insect. Hopefully, it's not a bed bug.

There were no windows in the unit. When we contacted San Juan, we were informed that there are no windows in the photos of the property when we booked. I have booked many properties that I didn't see a window in the photos and never arrived to find that there were none. This is something that they should explicitly state in the description. Therefore the unit was very dark. The smell of mold hit you like a ton of bricks when you opened the door and permeated throughout the unit. The mold smell stuck to our clothes and belongings. I had to air out items for days and wash my clothes a few times. Not surprising as there are no windows. These are serious health and safety issues and I would advise against booking this property. Especially for those with respiratory illnesses.

I have already reported that upon arrival the entire apartment smelled of mold abd had to insist that they address it it. I was not able to sleep on the bed the first night as it was broken. The stairwell smelled of urine. I have already requested a refund and have not had a reply . I need to know the process to obtain a refund.

The property was very nice. Location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. Be prepared to walk a few flights of stairs. Not bad unless you have big luggage. Also very noisy at night. And dont forget ypur eye covers....room was very bright in the morning.

The property was very convenient but I was attacked by mosquitoes none stop in my room and annoyed by text messages that reminded me of turning of things everyday. But we loss water and nobody bothered texting about that. They should look into put a full length mirror in the property also

Very nice place with plenty of space and good value. Stayed for 1 night before our cruise and the location was excellent for this. Marked down because the street outside was very loud both late and early which made sleeping difficult. There was also no hot water for the shower.

Cockroaches in the kitchen, lots of mosquitos. windows have no screen so you can’t open them. You’ll have to wear deet on the property to prevent bug bites. I told the property about the roach problem and they asked me for pictures. After I sent them then pictures, they said they’ll talk to their exterminator. Unfortunately nothing was done during my stay.

Enjoyed the area, but it can get pretty busy and difficult to find parking when there is a holiday or an event in the area—traffic was insane when a concert was held and Ubers kept cancelling and parking lots full to the max!. The apartment: the bathroom was not cleaned well, the pillows had specks of dirt in form of crumbs and hair. There was a safety issue because some of the balcony doors did not lock, and the keypad to the house was also not responsive at times.

Property had security outside and only guest stay may enter. Area is safe and quiet. No parking but there a cheap over night option near by the property tells you where. It was $3 for overnight. Had washer and dryer in the room which was convenient. Overall great place to stay will return

I’ve stayed at other locations there this place is amazing. Beautiful and spacious a/c works great. Laundry there in apartment. My other brothers stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath one and that was freaking nice!!! It’s in a really great location can’t stress that enough and I will definitely be looking to book here 1st for my next visit.
