I didn’t like that there was no room service . They were charging $25 just to change the sheets. Seems excessive. Overall, though, the cleaning staff was very nice. They gave us new towels every day.

Amazing place to stay, but no hot water

The place is really amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and smells very good. The room is spacious in the bathroom too. My only issue was that there was no hot water in the shower.

I would not stay here again. I had a lot of ants in the room, even in my bed. The pool would leak big puddles that I had to use 2 of my towels to soak up. 2 of the 3 shelves in the fridge had standing water as well so I felt hesitant to eat anything I had in there. The repairs on the wall were pretty sad, I guess they don’t have any sand paper. The water pressure in the shower sucked, and the size of the shower and the room felt very prison like. I had one window up by the ceiling so I didn’t get much sunlight or view. Also, there isn’t many options for where to put things so most of my belongings had to be on the floor with the ants marching in. I was charged $25 for wanting to check- in 2 hours early. And the entire stay, I personally no one in the front office and I was in and out pretty frequently. I was in room 7 by the pool and I was constantly hearing people outside door slamming next to me. You hear everything from other rooms. Also I had a couple who had to ask me about the property because they couldn’t contact staff. I don’t work there but somehow I’m the one helping them. They complained about parking. I would choose somewhere else. Especially for $350 for 2 nights in Puerto Rico

The staff is very friendly, with great communication and helpfulness throughout our stay. Beautiful interior pool areas, and rooms and bed were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a stay in San Juan Ocean Park area.

It was the first time I had done a self check in hotel and never saw an employee during our entire week long stay. We always had a parking spot and getting our keys and finding our room was super easy. Perfect hotel for adults who just want a quiet getaway. Close enough to local restaurants and a Walgreens for a quiet bite or necessities. Would stay here again.

Rosalina is just average and it was fine. The hotel is in a convenient location with walkable beach access and a nice bakery a few blocks away. Parking was easy, but it is on a a busy road. The room was ok and not great - bathroom was super small, bedroom was super small and we could barely walk around the bed, in general the room was very dark during the day and very bright at night (we were by the pool and the courtyard lights shined all night). Also because of our promixty to the pool it was loud all hours of the night. It sounded like people were in the bedroom with us - literally two pool chairs were on the other side of the bedroom wall. There is no staff on duty and no one serviced our room so we tried to catch housekeeping when we could to get bottled water and fresh towels. No coffee and no ice onsite. Again Rosalina is average. Pretty basic.

Surprisingly poor condition and cheap finishes throughout. Discolored sun chairs, outdoor seating with ripped fabric, cheap fleece blanket on bed, coarse sheets, ikea bathroom finishes. There were cracked and damaged ceramic tiles around courtyard and pool areas and on the waterfall wall, and also in our bedroom and bathroom floors. Room layout was poorly designed with super wide bathroom door that opened next to bed and made for narrow access on one side. We were really disappointed with this property. We stayed at 4 places during our week in Puerto Rico and this cost the most and was the worst. Can’t recommend.
