The main complaint was the bed extremely uncomfortable. The bed is wore out needs to be replaced. The tv did not have an antenna or cable only YouTube.

The room was good nothing too fancy but it was comfortable. Just the bathroom was too small. The glass where the shower is located, needs to be adjusted bc water leaks out in the bottom. I would come back BUT I would definitely stay at a bigger room lol. I truly appreciate Carla for setting up a birthday banner and some balloons for my wife. Great service. Thank you!!

Our stay was great ! The room was nice and clean equipped w all you need. It was comfortable and very peaceful. Small but very homey and comfortable!! I would def recommend to anyone and also would stay again.

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING! We rented a car while here just for our preference but you can absolutely walk to a lot of places. Ocean Park Beach is literally right there! Lots of stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The water temperature and pressure could have been better in the shower but other than that, it’s perfect! Will absolutely be rebooking in the future!

Cute and up to date little place to stay. 2 lovely pool areas, we had the one pool mostly to ourselves. Dislikes: no staff on sight, rooms have airfresheners that are not needed for the room, ESPECIALLY when you have a scent allergy, and Expedia and myself tried to reach someone with no response to change rooms. There is no sound barrier between the door and hallway. Other guests were very loud coming in late and waking you up. No water pressure or hot water, even after my husband took a shower first.

The hotel doesn't look like the images. It's falling apart in many areas. Signs of bedbugs and other pests, dirty, rude staff, uncomfortable beds. My 7 y.o daughter almost fell down the stairs due to a railing that was literally hanging off the wall. Loose tiles around the pool area showing concrete behind looked like they could fall off at any minute and hit somebody on the head. Water didn't seem clean, never saw them clean the pools whilst we were there. Lots of ants in the room all over the walls. I was getting bites that didn't look like mosquitos so I checked the bed and found signs of bedbugs (dark staining). The spare bedding for the sofa bed didn't seem like it had been washed. One particular staff member was very rude to me. Unfortunately I got quite sick on our trip and had to visit the emergency room, I arrived back at the hotel in extreme pain & with a child. Although my booking said that parking was included, when i got back from the emergency room there was nowhere to park. 2 spots were taken up with cars the hotel had available to rent out and one spot was blocked off & saved for the managers car, but they never seemed to actually use it. I asked them to let me use that saved spot so I could come in with my child, take my medication and lay down, I told them that I had just come back from the hospital and that I was in a lot of pain. They told me that parking wasn't included & refused to let me use the empty spot that was blocked off. no more space to type
