I’m giving Rosalina Ocean a poor rating only because we didn’t actually stay at that spot, our reservation was moved to one of their sister properties because of a double booking. I chatted with them at this property about getting early check in and all seemed good until the day before we were supposed to check in. Everyone else in our group stayed here and we had to Uber back and forth. The property is beautiful and the staff were great but the fact that we had to stay somewhere else was very disappointing.

What an amazing spot. True hidden gem. Wish the weather was better to enjoy but was pleasantly surprised. Parking available. Gabriel in office was a delight. Lent us an umbrella. Let us park closer to door. And helped with key box. Will definitely be back.

Whole apartment is very clean, bathroom is super small and shower is quite rustic and a few rolls of toilet paper would have been great! They supply 2 or 3 rolls but when there’s 6 adults staying for the weekend it was not enough at all. Took some time to figure out light switches, fans and air conditioning units.

Good for the price. Room was nice and the little complex is very cute and nice. They have a security guard too. Only big downside is the rooms are not soundproof at all so you will hear absolutely everything and people can hear you. This place is between Condado and Parque and is in a fun neighborhood. There are plenty of locals and lots of bars and restaurants close by on Calle Loiza. Coffeeterra and Roofyard were my favorites. You can walk to the Ocean Park beach very easily, although it’s pretty mid. Just a small patch of sand and you can bring a towel. Still a beach though!
