The room was clean and quite despite being at the airport. Staff was great. When showering, quite a bit of water goes onto the bathroom floor. This was in room 540. This should be corrected. Overall, we were satisfied.

Staff was excellent! Amenities was excellent. Room was good. I just wished they had sound proof windows or no windows at all, cause it was very noisy outside. I mean I realize it’s the airport hotel but for the cost of it I would expect to at least be able to get some rest.

We had a great experience especially at the bar where the lovely bartender went above and beyond for us, even though the manager was rude and demeaning to her in front of my husband and me and was dismissive and narcissistic towards us. Not a good fit with the rest of the lovely staff there.
