We liked that it was attached to the SJU international airport. Having an early flight makes this property a great place to stay. The restaurant on the second floor was open until 10 pm and the food was great. The rooms were cold but we called the front desk and they told us how to shut off the air and if you were hot you could turn it back on again. The rooms were modern, updated and very clean. The only suggestion that I would have would be to have more signs that show where you can pull over to drop off luggage. We pulled over where it said to check in and when we were just getting out our luggage a tow truck immediately came behind us and all my family was doing was getting the luggage to the curb and my husband was going to go and park the car. The tow truck guy was very rude. My suggestion would be to park or drop your rental off first /shuttle and then drag your luggage to the hotel. It is quite a walk to check in. It also would have been nice to have the luggage dollies there at the doors to use. Overall, If you have an early flight like we did and have to be up at 2 am then this is a great place to stay and then walk right to the airport all inside. Would defenitely stay again and recommend to anyone to use them.

This is a great convenient hotel connected to the airport. Arriving after midnight, the check-in was a breeze and we did not have to catch a cab to go to another hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and had great food options such as freshly made omelets, potatoes, bacon, sausage, bread and cereal options as well.

It depends...
This was my second stay. The first stay the room was remodeled, modern and spacious. This last room was tiny and had an outdated bathroom with a dangerous shower control. It would not hold a steady temperature and would quickly "fall" into the scalding range. The first was an excellent value, the second was overpriced. The rest of the hotel and breakfast was great.

The San Juan Airport Hotel was extremely convenient, just steps away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about places to explore in the area. The room itself was good, clean but very small. The spa area was nice to hang out at, with two hot tubs and a lounge area. The restaurant had pretty good food and friendly staff. The breakfast area was also convenient to stop at before a day of exploring. The hotel is not walkable due to being at the airport. Overall, this is a good choice for a convenient location when flying into San Juan.

We got here early and couldn’t check in (didn’t want to pay the $50 fee for 3 rooms), but they were helpful with storing our luggage. When we returned after 4 pm check in time, check in was quick and easy. Restaurant selection wasn’t huge, but food was good, service was goood; would eat there next time.

Not the best !
One of our 3 rooms had no hot water and since they were sold out, we had to share a shower with other family members. Plus the on site restaurant was way overpriced ! We ordered water with our food and was charged $25 for a pitcher. The bill shows 5 bottles but we had no warning whatsoever.
