The hotel offers a good deal but the lady who made the check inn didn't give details about the package. So, we missed the welcome drinks, the discounts at the bar, so and so. I mean, I understand they should give you details of what you bought and what is available at the property and the only thing she did, was give us the keys and a bunch of cards. I didn't understand her hurry , we were the only ones at the counter. The rest was great and will be back.

Front desk was very nice however I had to ask for room service the second day because they did not service the room the first day nor the third. So one room service in a four night stay even though I’d hang the service sign ..

Property is located with easy acces to drive around the island. Property has lots of stores and food places. Property however has bad parking lot/ parking issues. Hotel rooms are super small and the shower gets backed up, has draining issue's.
