The property is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. Only downside is the lighting was poor and they don’t allow ironing in the room.

Liked that it was quiet and simple to access the hotel services, food and as great, personnel was nice, the only thing I could point out was the gym, it was kinda small and not that well equipped.

my family and I LOVED the indoor pool, which is the best one I've experienced so far (that includes a couple of 5 star hotels). The fact that they allow kids in the pool for their entire opening hours was great as it gave us a lot of flexibility and their policy with getting the bath robes and pool towels was easy/hassle free. The bathtub in the room needed unclogging.

Out of the city and it was clean, ease to get to. very courteous and exceptinal services. Only issue is they did replanish the water we drank or had shampoo and or other bath room amenities. overall it is good and we would stay there again

Beautiful location , excellent room with balcony.
Ok so for the discounted rate I paid this was excellent value. Lovely modern hotel set in a scenic location with indoor pool spa , convenient parking etc . If I was paying full price then I would have a few niggles eg small TV screen, noisy aircon, room service menu not in English. Breakfast good but no option for fried or boiled eggs rather than the warm scrambled stuff in the bain marie.

Go there for peace and for fun
The hotel is a good surprise. I love the decoration. It is cozy and pretty. The service is good. The room is good and the views over the city are nice, the only problem is the noise of the air conditioning. There is a casino and sometimes they have very good shows.

Pros Modern hotel Great facilities Beautiful pool, very cold Rooms are clean and modern Breakfast buffet is good Parking is plenty Has a bike trail and rental Good running trail Cons Poor and cold staff Staff can't think out the box or proactive No iron in room or building Sells cigarettes at front desk but doesn't sell a bottle of water??? Gym opens at 9am????
