The staff was nice, my only complaint is we arrived early and the person at the desk was very short with us. Telling us we are way to early and need to come back later. No offer of anything just come back, we found this rather rude. We did enjoy our stay and found all the other staff very pleasant.

I wish the restaurant served dinner. The fabulous gift shop was no longer there and the water for bathing needed to be hotter. Other than that it was clean, decorated beautifully, including a fireplace in each room. Staff was great and coffee, tea, and cookies were provided from 7:00a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I would return in a heartbeat.
