Hotel Hallways Are Sound Travel Tunnels
Didn’t know I would be charged for parking in the hotel parking lot. Why? There is nothing around for amusement? The bed was comfortable, nice to have a coffee maker with coffee pods and a kitchen area. Lots of space in room. The hotel is very worn down throughout the hallways and elevators. They offer free earplugs by night stand. I realized why! Hallway noise is like a sound tunnel my little dog barked all night long and it was terrible. I can hear my neighbors talking on their phones. Not a good resting experience after a 4 hour drive from San Francisco East Bay Area.

The location and pricing were great. The sofa had blood stain on it. We had to turn the cushion over. Mattresses was worn out. Both sides sunk in. The room smelled like you were in an old home or a thrift store. It was very loud due to the remodel on the other side of the building. I hope it gets done with the remodel soon.

They "oversold" their accessible accommodations. Not a happy camper. Didn't get to take a shower. Bummed. Never mentioned renovations at the time of my booking. To their credit, they upgraded me to a suite and waived the parking fee, But all I needed was a bed and a shower.

Hotel was under construction so the parking was horrid. The elevator needs to be updated. Definitely seemed like you were taking a chance by using it. Or room was on the opposite side of the hotel and the key they gave us didn’t work. I had to search the Internet to find the number to the front desk and thankfully they delivered a key. The room was very large and they use Dove soap…which is great. Or fridge had someone else’s food in it. The TV was not working when using the remote I had to manually use the TV buttons. Also, the next morning when we attempted to call the front desk using the room phone it wasn’t connected to anything. Literally just a phone with no cords and no place to plug it in. Overall, we will not stay here again.

Under Renovation - AVOID
Not revealed anywhere, this hotel is under major renovation activity. No fitness center. No guest laundry. Condition of available rooms is poor. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Plumbing and faucets are in terrible shape. Bathroom tub and sink would not drain. Also not revealed is a $10 daily parking fee. Staff was helpful and friendly. The Motel 6 next door would have been a better choice.
