The pool and gardens here are excellent. Internet not so much. You can tell the Hotel is suffering because of Covid but it's still lovely.

We were 2 blocks from the beach. It was very quite. The grounds and pool were beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all fantastic and spoke english.

Expansive grounds when most places don't have much. And at a good price. Good location. It was not very clean. Cleaning staff would take used towels but not replace them. There were many little bugs crawling around.

Great Location For Families
My wife and I took the long way from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta and stayed two nights at this hotel in Melaque. I was very happy with my choice as the hotel is reasonably prices and in an excellent location close to the beach and downtown. I really was impressed by the lush vegetation on the premesis which created a jungle type effect within the confines of a small Mexican town. The pool was large and very clean and there were lots of opportunities for children of all ages to play. There are basketball and tennis courts, a full soccer field and a trampoline as well as a large number of our play toys to keep children occupied. There is not a restaurant on the property but within a short walking distance one can experience Mexican cuisine at reasonable prices. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Relaxing melaqué getaway
It was like a mini resort.relaxing,clean a beautiful landscaping. Great place to relax.pool was beautiful and clean.requested extra towels for room received fast.we stayed in the 2 room apartment and had a great Little balcony.it's quite and peaceful. Walking distance to everything.

Wonderful oasis in a beach town
This 3 night stay was not long enough. Melaque is a laid back beach town populated with mostly Canadian Snowbirds. part of the appeal of the "Hacienda " hotel was that is was not on the beach stip of hotels and bungalows. It is only 2 blocks of the busy street , an oasis of tranquility. The main pair of the hotel has 6 one bedroom apartments....which we would book next time for a longer stay. Our room , a king bed was very adequate for our stay. It had a small fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom and shower we large. We loved the pool and the surrounding garden and grounds.

Tropical oasis
Perfect getaway in peaceful gardens. Lounging by the pool doesn't get better than this. Location couldn't be closer to town amenities and bus station, two blocks from beach. Excellent value for us Canadians. English spoken at reception.

a hidden gem in the middle of melaque .
This pleasant hotel is 2 blocks from the beach . A quiet oasis in the middle of town, it has a lovely pool to relax at after a hard shift at the beach. Easy to find and close to the plaza central.

La estancia en el Hotel fue muy placentera, hay una alberca preciosa y muy limpia, todo alrededor está lleno de árboles, palmeras y variedad incréible de vegetación. Les pediría que los cojines decorativos de la cama o los lavan bien o pongan otros nuevos. Las sábanas y almohadas están bien limpias, algo de mantenimiento en el baño, la puerta no cerraba bien y otros detalles pequeños. Sugiero que actualicen su página de Internet ya que cambiaron las condiciones con respecto a las mascotas, o sea que ya no las aceptan y nosotros llevabamos a la nuestra , pero hicieron una excepción . Para la próxima ya sé que no la puedo llevar.
