Overall this is a nice property. No activities for children. Limited dining selection and mediocre service staff. The beach does not go directly into the ocean, but rather is behind a sea wall. Sewage smell was prevalent close to the water for most of the stay. About 12 minute drive to downtown. Grocery store is a short walk away.

Beautiful property, I only had one meal, which was the lobster. It was delicious. My partner had the steak which was very expensive and not very good. He didn’t even eat it.

So it was my 40th birthday weekend vacation and the place was as beautiful as had seen on youtube. The service over all was good. There were small things that could have been better but over it was good and I would def go back and give it one more try in a different accommodation to experience something different while still in the same hotel.

The property is lovely, very modern and the food is great. All of the restaurants have a wonderful selection. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property is on the water but this side of the island the water is very murkey and not good for swimming. We traveled several of the days to Secrets Beach - an hour away. Also the property is having construction done on the beach, which was a disappointment for us. But the pool is beautiful. The staff is fantastic and made our stay great. Chef Alex is a wealth of information, a delight to talk to and does an amazing job with the food. He was great and made our anniversary very special. Maria - is a hard working waitress who is wonderful and one of our favorites at the property. She is always happy and a delight to talk to. She made our stay there great. Mr. Eric - at the front desk, works so hard and is so pleasant to everyone. Josein - supervisor who has so much knowledge about Belize and its history. He was such a joy to talk to. Ragesh - the manager who out of all of the higher management at the property, he was the most professional and polite, often asking how we were doing. Lastly, Shakira - a waitress at the property was great, hard working and so pleasant. We will be back to Belize to see all of our new friends!
