Lo bueno: 1) Buena comida para el desayuno y meseros muy amables (especialmente Enrique que todos los dias fue my atento con nosotros) 2) Los señores de seguridad tambien son muy amables y siempre prestos a ayudar 3) Las señoras de la limpieza muy amables y prestas a ayudar 4) El area alrededor de la propiedad tiene todas las amenidades requeridas Lo malo: 1) El cuarto que nos dieron tenia mal olor (especialmente en el baño) y no estaba del todo limpio. Lo que era el baño no estaba en estado óptimo. (El recepcionista de turno nos hubiera dado otro cuarto) 2) El agua se nos fue en la tarde un dia sin previo aviso. La recepcionista de turno ese dia hizo bien en trasladarnos a otro cuarto. 3) El nuevo cuarto estaba en mucho mejor estado, pero no tenia refrigeradora y el ultimo dia, se quedo con solo agua helada para bañarse.

Where should I begin? I would like to thank Marco for helping us from the beginning to the end. I called because we were arriving earlier, and Marco was very accommodating. He recommended places to eat, which turned out to be excellent. Marco also spoke to security to make sure we could secure a parking spot every night. The entire staff was excellent. The pool was clean and big enough for my family of five. The breakfast was excellent. The drinks and food were great.

NO LO RECOMIENDO!!! reservé y pagué por un cuarto de una cama king, cuando llego y me dan el cuarto con dos camas simples, les dije que yo no reservé eso y me dan una cama doble pero en un cuarto tan pequeño apenas cabiamos, cuando voy a bañarme no habian toallas, tube que ir a pedirlas. Cuando entrego las llaves me dicen en la recepcion que espere que van a revisar el cuarto a ver sino falta nada!!! Horrible verguenza lo hacen pasar a uno. Yo de mi parte no se los recomiendo.

Horrible - poco profesionales y cucarachas en baño
Hotel bastante justito en cuanto a servicios y limpieza (cucarachas corriendo por el suelo del baño), eso es falta de limpieza. El personal, a pesar de ser amables, se les nota una falta de experiencia, que no suplen con la amabilidad, el cliente al final acaba desesperándose. Comida aceptable. No te ayudan a la llegada con las maletas, a pesar de haber gente del hotel en la puerta. En definitiva, después de mi experiencia, no volveré, lo peor es la falta la limpieza, no pegue ojo en toda la noche pensando en las cucarachas dentro de la habitación.
