I don’t understand how this hotel is the priciest in the city. Everything in this hotel is sub par at best. It’s on the lower end of the spectrum in most categories. There’s too much to mention in a single review but to put it in one word… Horrible!!

The hotel service is excellent, situated in a great metropolitan area. Cross the street you will have anything you might need. The parking is with enough space. Everybody was very friendly. It is a beautiful hotel. The pool area is so clean as well as the gym. I definitely recommend for couples and families to stay here.

I like the place , very nice the rooms are a bit too small for the price you paid !also I didn’t like customer service at the front desk the girls doesn’t have customer service skills as they should ! I think they need to work on that for sure !not nice or empathetic with customer needs !
