My son was on a camp in the same premises so it was super convenient. There is a nice cafe across the road and a large outlet mall very near with cafes too.

Really friendly and helpful staff, room and amenities were really clean. Pool was nice and comfy seating around it. Had the breakfast and it was very nice. Room is basic but comfy bed and clean bathroom. Local to shops and easy to find.

Excelent facilities and very close to San Vicent tram station. About 25-30 mins from downtown by tram, but if you are lookig for peace and quite is great.

We were woken up at 7am because the whole ceiling of the outside corridor had collapsed and water was dripping everywhere. The room had not been propenly cleaned when we arrived. The walls of the room are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms.

Good option outside Alicante
Good option outside Alicante as it is located about 30 minutes by car from the city downtown and 25 minutes drive from the airport. The area is very active as it is in a University so there are many places o drink, dance, eat and at a very good price.

University hotel
The hotel was perfect for us clean well maintained and centrally located with easy tram access to Alicante centre. It was more of an upmarket hostel than a hotel so no lounge or bar area except for the Dining hall but would not hesitate to recommend it to the young or young at heart.

Not a hotel...a university campus
As the title states, this is a university campus. At no time was this made clear prior to booking. However it was spotlessly clean, the pool was quiet and well maintained and was under the supervision of a lifeguard, food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly. It could be noisy outside on the street at night but there was a festival going on so this may account for the noise. Overall this was a good place to stay.

The rooms all share an entrance with another room and there is slamming of doors and people congregating at other peoples doors. This is most definitely student accommodation only. People coming in very late and people put and about very early. I'm more tired now than before I came on holiday. Not fit for purpose as a hotel. However it is very clean and the pool is nice.

Clean and Quiet at Easter
One night stay. It was difficult to identify the hotel as it has a different name to that shown on Hotels.com - try "Villa Universitaria". The hotel is adjacent to the University and seems to form one end of a very considerably student's hallm of residence. Despite the Hotels.com advice to phone prior to check-in as there was supposed to be limited reception opening, we found a fully 'manned' desk all the time that we were there. It was difficult to park nearby prior to check-in, but after checking in there was adequate underground parking (though be careful at the entry / exit gate as judging from the score and paint marks on the concrete walls many people previously hadn't). The rooms are basic, simple and clean, be aware that the kitchen facility is shared between two rooms as an entrance vestibule, there was no one next to us, but this could be noisy . The local area has many bars and cheap restaurants but we were there on Easter Friday so presumably the area was relatively quiet with students on vacation. Overall we were satisfied by our visit and offer some of the above observations as advice, not as complaints. Staff were excellent, polite and friendly.

great place to stay
good location tram 10min walk away to city centre 15 mins on tram to alicante . alone the area itself has great little tapas bars around and great little shops all with in easy walking or jump the tram two stops and your at the outlets. The staff at hotel are great very helpful. We had the comfy room good size . But no kettle and no plates or knives and forks went to euro shop and bought a few. but for budget it realy is a great place to stay Will worth the stay Will be going there again

Hotel was great close all amenities pool a good size though the lounge chairs for around the pool were absolutely shocking they had no padding and you were lying on the bars of the lounge chair which became vety uncomfortable ans painful after a short time on them. The breakfast well what can I say out of all the 6 hotels we stayed it was the worst really needs to be thought about for the money you pay

Good value but beware your potential neighbours
The rooms are fine - clean and comfortable. The fridge is shared between two rooms and is small. The microwave means you can pop to Mercadona across the street and get a ready meal to heat up. WiFi is flaky and it is best to ask for an ethernet cable if you want to use your computer for anything serious. Excellent value for money. I stayed in three different rooms and these comments apply to all of them. The one problem is sound insulation - noise from the corridors can be annoying, and noise from the adjoining rooms is very loud, especially chairs moving etc. The doors and windows are also noisy to open or close - this can be annoying if your do not share the same sleep/wake times as your neighbour. If you have ever been a student in halls of residence then you will know exactly what this can be like. overall recommended for the price and a very professional service from the staff
