Welcome to our vacation home dating back to 1721, built in the traditional West Styrian style. Here you can expect an authentic and cozy vacation experience in the midst of picturesque surroundings with forest, vineyards and absolute tranquility.

Enjoy the contemporary furnishings and the spacious outdoor area with terrace and extensive private garden. Discover the beauty of the region on long walks or sporty bike tours. A special highlight is the private pool for exclusive use.

We are also happy to welcome your favorite animal companions. The 5,000 m² fully fenced garden is ideal for your vacation with your dog.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
