The main terrace gives way to a manicured lawn garden that merges with the sea.
The terrace at the back of the house is surrounded by a more rustic garden with ferns, bougainvillea, ivy, palms, oleander, honeysuckle and jasmine.

Desde el primer contacto con Gabriel, hasta la despedida, el trato y la atención fueron exquisitos. Se ofreció para cualquier asunto que necesitásemos en cualquier momento, cosa que no fue necesaria puesto que la casa tiene lo necesario para descansar en un sitio tan espectacular, es muy tranquila (primera quincena de septiembre), y con acceso directo al mar. Nos sorprendió muy agradablemente el detalle de que nos tuviese preparado una botella de agua fresca para la llegada, y lo necesario (y variado para gustos) para desayunar el primer día (no lo habíamos encontrado hasta ahora). Absolutamente recomendable.

Traumhafte Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft und imposant. Ebbe und Flut lassen sich toll beobachten und erleben. Das Haus ist grosszügig eingerichtet, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem Küche und Bäder könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.

Prachtig uitzicht over monding rivier/zee/nationaal Park Donana
Dit is een heel fijne plaats om te verblijven. De zee komt tot aan de tuin en trekt weg volgens eb en vloed. Dus constant wisselend uitzicht. Fantastische zonsondergang. Unieke locatie!!!! Op deze plaats wel geen zwemgelegenheid in zee of fijn zandstrand voor spelende kinderen, maar iets verderop wel (te voet te doen). Bij terugtrekkende zee wel een leuke plaats om op ontdekking te gaan in de wadden. Voorzien wel waterschoeisel. Een auto is nodig. Grootwarenhuisen op 10 minuten. Huis zonder luxe, maar voldoet aan basisvoorzieningen. Stabiel internet. Vriendelijke eigenaar die altijd snel reageert bij vragen. Dank u Gabriel!

Ein wunderbarer Platz
Wir haben die Strandvilla sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet, der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Einzig zum Baden eignet sich der Platz nicht, da das Meer hier sehr flach ist. Aber zu den Badestränden in Sanlúcar de Barrameda oder Chipiona ist es mit dem Auto nicht allzu weit. Ein Mietwagen ist unabdingbar: Das Haus befindet in einem gesonderten Quartier ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
