Located in the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, in the south of Ibiza, the villa “Casa Olivo” provides you with everything you need for wonderful holidays with friends or family on the beautiful Balearic island. The holiday home consists of a living room with a billiard table, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, a fireplace, a baby cot and a highchair. The spacious private outdoor area impresses with lush greenery and open and covered terrace areas, where you can enjoy breakfast or home-cooked meals from the barbecue while enjoying the beautiful mountain panorama. The pool invites you to take swims before you unwind in the Balinese bed or a hammock or lie on the deck chairs to bask in the sun. The table-tennis in the outdoor area is also a great way to spend the afternoons. The town center is 700 m (3-minute drive) from the property, where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, while the closest beach, Playa Port des Torrent, is a 14-minute drive (7 km) away. The island’s seaside capital of the same name is located a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Sant Josep de Sa Talaia and has an airport.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is possible to rent a second house nearby upon request, which would allow 18-20 people to be accommodated between the 2 houses.
Parties or events are strictly forbidden.
Please note that although the property is not being shared with anyone else other than the guests, only the 1st floor is rentable for guests.
Please, note that there are 3 security cameras in the property, from a security company. They are located in the main entrance, in the kitchen and in the living room respectively. The security company is the only one who can have access to the cameras, not the owner.
