La comercialización de la vivienda la llevamos los dueños, una familia. Así, tenemos contacto directo con nuestros clientes. La Villa posee licencia turística para grupos grandes.

VIVIENDA PERFECTA CERCA DE IBIZA CENTRO, DE PLAYA DE BOSSA Y DEL AEROPUERTO. Tan sólo a 5 minutos en coche.
Sólo a 200 metros se encuentran restaurantes, bares, parada de autobus, librerías, panadería, peluquería, supermercados (Mercadona, Erosky y supers locales), a 3 minutos en coche o 10 andando.

También muy cercana de los centros comerciales, bares y clubs (HÏ, Ushuaia, Sankeys, Bora Bora).

La Villa está a tan solo 7 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, Ses Salines, Playa den Bossa, Centro de Ibiza. Una de las mejores localizaciones de la isla. Situada en un barrio tranquilo de chalets y villas.
