This place was beautiful. I loved the design and everyone was very friendly! The view was amazing! The rooms were so nice! Beds were so comfortable too.
This property was the best out of our travel by El Salvador this year. The surrounding are amazing and if you are thinking or planning a trip to the volcano crater this is the best location to spend the night.
Overall I love this place!!!!!
The hotel and the reception service was amazing. The view were beautiful along with the suite we stayed in. However the service at the restaurant was the worst service we experienced on our vacation. The dinner had moths everywhere and became extremely unsanitary. The dinner was also cold. We went back for breakfast and it was cold as well. Both times at the restaurant we had to find a server to sit us. After being seated we had to continuously flag down a server to order or get any type of assistance.
Well. The property and views were magnificent. However. There were some issues. Mostly with the restaurant. They were so extremely Slow and had Bad service. They seemed xond with knowing what was on the menu. And we didn't get checked on often. Making us feel ignored. I also
Ask for skim milk. Got whole milk spent the night in stomach pains.
The shampoo and conditioner and soap were in containers that were cheap and easily broken when I pushed down on the pump.
Other than that. The rest was very good. Especially when we got caught by the rain storm and slowed us down. The hotel staff was very kind to be available for us. Special thanks for that.
Situated inside the national park at 2000m elevation, the hotel offers cool air and excellent hikes to Santa Ana and Izalko from the national park headquarters nearby as well as superb views of the volcanoes and lake Coatepeque. The rooms are comfortable, the dinner in the local restaurant is good and reasonably prices, wifi works well, good breakfast and coffee maker in the room is a nice touch.
Absolutely gorgeous, rooms were amazing, the view was amazing, and food was absolutely fantastic the chief knew what he was doing. I definitely recommend and will be back really soon

The place is very clean, but they have a list of items to charge if broken or lost and it is obvious but for example, $15 if the key of the room gets lost, really? Also when we checked in, the receptionist was not very friendly, but besides this, everybody else was super nice and the place is beautiful.

Rooms need maintanance. They need to be repainted, the shower was clogged, the towels are old yet they make you sign that theres between a $20-$30 fee if you stain them with makeup.
I stayed for 1 night. The view is pretty unbeatable and worth any price. I understand that the area usually remains cool, however a fan would be appreciated on the rooms, as well as a mini fridge if possible.
The pupusas and breakfast were ok for local standards, and would be certainly enjoyed by foreigners.
If you are driving, you will have to pay a small entrance fee to Cerro Verde, and as this allows you to walk around the park, you will not regret it! Hotel and restaurant staff were great 👍
Check in process was easy. Area is so quiet, it’s a nice break from the hussle of the city so this is definitely more of a quiet retreat. I wish I would’ve stayed more than one night.
I was a bit bummed that it was so foggy when we checked in, but thankfully to our surprise it cleared up in the morning and we got the beautiful volcano view! It’s breathtaking and feels surreal.
Restaurant staff was not very attentive during the lunch/dinner time, but breakfast was a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of breakfasts included in the price.
I will definitely be coming back!
