My 2 story apartment home is perfect for families visiting with its large and spacious floor plan. Each bedroom has a King sized memory foam bed, a full bathroom and a 55" 4K Roku TV. The washer and dryer is available to use in the home with complimentary laundry pods being provided. Make yourself a coffee every morning with our Keurig - Kcups, creamers, sugar and tea provided. Need more beds? We have 2 foldable twin beds for you to use and sofa turns into a Queen sized pull out bed which also has a 55" 4K Roku TV. If you choose to stay in the home, I provide board games also! Need to work? The home has free fast 200Mbs Wifi.
Complex is small and well lit. Your reservation comes with 1 reserved parking spot in my gated parking area - additional parking is available as well for $10 a night. I'm a big believer in safety so not only do you need a code to get into the parking area and a code to get into the actual complex but the home comes with a home security system which allows you self-check-in using our door keypad.
Home is just minutes away from Downtown Santa Ana and just a short drive to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel's Stadium and much more

Family Disney fun!
We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. There is a fold out sofa, which at the time was missing a screw to allow it to work, but the two extra folding beds did the trick for our kids. The complex is very nice, quiet, and clean. We did think we were possibly at the wrong place when we first arrived due to the surrounding neighborhood, but our concerns were quickly put to rest when we figured out how to access the secured garage and building. Very short drive to Disney and surrounding beaches, as well as downtown Santa Anna, which was a fun city.

Perfect place! Immaculately spotless! Pulling up I was worried with what I thought was where our place was but after pulling around down the alley to park it made sense. Easy self check in and great communication with the host. Central location to everything in Orange County. We will stay here again for our next Disney trip.

It was in close proximity to Disneyland. Anything we needed was also close. We would stay again. The instructions were clear and easy. Communication was great with rapid response time. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Furniture (sofa and bed) could be upgraded for more comfort

Great stay, lots of room, close to Disney
I came with 3 of my kids, all teens and there was ample room for the 4 of us. The house was clean and near Disney. Felt very safe with the garage and house code. Communication with the host was clear and easy. Thank you!

Excellent Experience
Amazing experience with propert and propert manager. Property manager was very attentive and responsive within minutes which I can always appreciate. The neighborhood was great and centrally located to great restaurants, diners, shops and freeways. We had a public library in the local area and public transit within walking distance. Great for locals or out of towners.
