This place is really strategically located in the heart of SB. My family and I went for a long weekend and all the fun stuff was less than 5 minutes away every time. Great food options around the area. The one thing we disliked: the rooms get really hot. The AC was not on when we got there so it was warm and then it never turned on throughout the night until 6am the next morning. If you decide to stay here, make sure someone turns on the AC for you and let it on not just for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Large room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Walking distance to State St and Sterns Wharf. Parking was available. No coffee or breakfast offered in the morning. No cocktail hour. I would happily stay here again.

Clean facilities but you don’t receive much for $400 a night. There’s no coffee in the morning nor breakfast. It’s a clean room, and safe location. The carpet needs to be pulled.. it’s a bit grimy and definitely stained. Plugs for charging are overused and don’t hold a charge.

This place was so cute! Loved the patio option and how close we were to everything. The Funk Zone is a quick Uber ride from the Inn and the beach & pier are just a little walk away.
