Poor all round Poor security. I had my blazer stolen and no one at the hotel appeared to be that bothered Final straw was emailing them last Tues 19th Nov and now 5 days later not even a reply or acknowledgment! They simply don’t care. The hotel? Run down. Carpets are over 20 years old as informed by housekeeping. Dated property. Poor food and service. Expected better from Hyatt brand. As a result of this experience I didn’t book another Hyatt in SFO downtown, and instead booked Hotel Nikko which was so much better. Cleaner and elegant. Better security. Checking passes etc. Avoid Hyatt. Very disappointed Traveled so much. You just know when staff care. They don’t here.

Fabulous hotel a nite to remember
From the moment we walked thru the doors we were treated like royalty. Despite the weekend being the busiest in years, it was seamless. There was no wait and the manager treated us like gold, making every effort to make my husband 70th birthday celebration a fabulous memory. We were afforded a room at the top to take in the glorious Levy stadium view. And within minutes of checking in, there was a knock at the door with ice bucket and a bottle of chilled Chardonnay and charcuterie tray to start the weekend off promptly. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations.

The property was nice and the rooms were clean but being game day and the snood visitors the lobby was too full too loud and being a paying guest I was unable to get food or a place to eat at the hotel. I had to order Pizza Hut and eat in my room

There was no way to get to the hotel after the football game because all the roads were blocked. Then the staff explains, nothing they could do.

The parking fees were pretty ridiculous considering the system kept breaking down and even though it was free in and out we were still charged because we had mentioned on check in that we had a car. I asked for it to be removed and was denied. I was charged $40 per day!
