First staff member was amazing. When checking out The person at the counter is what made the experience horrible. She was a very ambivalent and didn't seem to care about me or my complaint. All night I dealt with noise that came from the door to the next room. Then food was charged to my room that I didn't have but she didn't do anything to try and fix it. She said I would have to talk to the restaurant staff which wasn't open but I had to leave for a work meeting. You know I'm going to have to deal with why food is charged to my room from phone calls and emails. I will never stay at this place ever again.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The ladies who waited on us in the restaurant were very nice. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. We chose this hotel because we both have severe back issues and have cut vacation short in the past because we could not tolerate the bed. We found this one via Expedia and it stated it had good mattresses and they told the truth. Neither of us had back pain the entire time and the pillows were heavy and thick which we love. Then we had two sqishy pillows for hugger pillows. The comforter must have been real goose down because it kept us warm all night. The room was huge, the bathroom was big. They included a lighted make up mirror; the bathroom mirror is also lighted and had a clock on it! We would definitely stay there again.

We always love staying here, it’s the nicest in the area. We like the pool and outdoor patio, rooms are good size and some have huge balconies. Have never tried the restaurant. Location is central to all things
