Wonderful property in a great location for a getaway with my wife. Shopping, dining and entertainment all with walking distance or a short drive. Staff always great. Christina at registration was terrific. Very friendly and helpful. Felt welcomed right away. She went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

Liked it was quiet. Nice grounds and parking garage. Didn’t like low water pressure showers and very low height throne was difficult to navigate. For the price, parking should of been included and a continental breakfast included.

No more hotels.com for me
I didn't stay. I needed to refund or move my stay, because something came up and I couldn't go. But I couldn't find any way to change it or move it. I used to be able to reach customer service. Your virtual assistant is not helpful at all. No contact info anywhere on your site. So I spent more than $300 for nothing. Look at my history with your site - i've spend thousands of dollars with you. That will be the last time I ever use your service. Bye bye.

I really enjoyed our stay. The room was tasteful and the staff was nice. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced, and there was always a water dispenser in the lobby. My only complaints are that the parking is a bit expensive when we’ve already paid a fair amount to stay at the facility, the bedding was more like sleeping in newspaper, and I would have also brought my own pillows. For as fancy as the lobby was, I would have expected nicer bedding. Overall enjoyable.
