Rooms amenities: coffee maker dirty and old. Need to upgrade with new . Shower head Horrible. Needs to upgrade with more modern. Breakfast @ 6:30 it’s way too late. People go there for business and need an early breakfast. Every time needs to wait at the bar, sometimes too long to get a coffe as there is no staff behind the bar.

Room was great like always, The food was very good and the location is excellent. Close to tons of stuff and still nice a quiet. Great Jacuzzi with strong jets. Staff is always very helpful

There was good and bad. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Couldn’t get the wifi to work. It kept bouncing us off. We were with a group and the bartenders couldn’t handle more than a couple guests. They were completely overwhelmed by a dozen people, getting drinks wrong, running out of glassware, or skimping on the pours but not on the price.

First staff member was amazing. When checking out The person at the counter is what made the experience horrible. She was a very ambivalent and didn't seem to care about me or my complaint. All night I dealt with noise that came from the door to the next room. Then food was charged to my room that I didn't have but she didn't do anything to try and fix it. She said I would have to talk to the restaurant staff which wasn't open but I had to leave for a work meeting. You know I'm going to have to deal with why food is charged to my room from phone calls and emails. I will never stay at this place ever again.
