This vacation home is located directly on the beach, 15 meters from the most beautiful sea of the Iblea coast.

The cottage was originally a fisherman's house from the 1950s, which has now been transformed into a pleasant vacation home. The interiors are simple but functional. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase, here are the three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony with sea view. There is also a small veranda in front of the house with table, chairs, barbecue and deck chairs.

This is the ideal accommodation for those who want to experience the sea in complete tranquility. The house is located between Marina di Ragusa (3 km) and Punta Secca (1 km), a few hundred meters from Kaucana, an ancient Greek settlement with adjacent museum. Punta Secca is a characteristic fishing village with a beautiful lighthouse surrounded by bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Marina di Ragusa is characterized by fine sand and crystal clear waters and offers all kinds of services and a beautiful marina.

The house also has an excellent location for those who also want to visit the wonders of the province of Iblea. Experience the baroque architecture of Ragusa Ibla (10 km), Modica and Scicli (15 km) and Noto, Syracuse and Catania (about 100 km).
