Pretty good!
We stayed 2 nights. The location is good, close to lots of things to do. The hot tub was very relaxing. The breakfast could have been better-too many carbs and sweets, and eggs were not good. Overall, it was a decent price for a clean room and fairly comfy bed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Some pros, some cons
This hotel is as okay for the price. It was also conveniently located for us. The property itself was somewhat lacking. It’s basically an upgraded version of a cheaper motel. The rooms are very small if there are two queen beds. The bathroom is also very small. It would also be great if there was some sort of nightlight or small lamp because it was very dark in the room at night, making it hard to get to the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and came on with the light so we would disturb each other in the night. The shower handle was also a bit broken in our room. They do have a nice pet area that our dog liked!

This is a great location right next to SR17, right off and on to the highway. I could not hear the highway at all. The room was spacious, well kept, and clean. I would stay again. The pool area is nice, and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Great place to stay
I was very happy that my room was clean & comfortable! I have stayed here before & not always was happy with the condition. I think they are trying harder to keep the rooms cleaner. The water was hot immediately which wasn’t the case at other places I have stayed. The breakfast had eggs, sausage & potatoes as well as muffins, fruit & cereal. The front desk clerk was friendly & helpful

Property is nice and clean. This location has a washer/dryer and gym. The morning breakfast has multiple options to choose from and is staffed for items that run out. Woman in breakfast room was quick to fill items such as eggs and muffins which tan out. Nice set up. The staff is friendly. There is a jack in the box next door for easy access as well as easy access to highway.

Terrible customer service
Terrible experience we had to wait over 45 minutes for a front desk employee to arrive and check us in @ 7:30pm. Continently breakfast was terrible no knives service employee did not speak English. Morning front desk employee very rude we asked for knives he never responded or said anything. This behavior seem to be very consistent with the average hotels in California please help fix this problem if you can

$40 to check-in an hour early
Hotel was as to be expected. Arrived an hour before posted check-in (after driving 14 hours) and asked if it was possible to check-in if my room was ready. Said it would be a $40 charge. Not huge issue, just annoying. If the room wasn't ready I understand not being able to check-in but if it was, why would it cost $40 for the front desk person to click the mouse and hour early?

I like this little area more than I was expecting. I chose it because it was near a large hike that I came to do, but it was a nice little town with some good spots (I recommend Thai Heart Restaurant). I didn't realize there was an additional nightly fee for dogs, which I had to pay when I checked in. It was $30/night as of Nov. '24. Something else to note: no real coffee (just pods in the rooms, and an automatic "espresso" machine at breakfast). Overall very pleasant though and I'd stay here again.
