Unwillingness to fix problemd

Issues every day for 6 days. Only 1 was partially fixed. USB ports didn’t work. They were replaced but still only worked sometimes. Sensor in bathroom kept turning light on and off during the night when no one was in the bathroom. First night they put blue painters tape over the sensor. Didn’t work. Next night they put more blue tape over the sensor. Didn’t work. Told me they couldn’t fix it till after I left. Was told by front desk manager would give me a credit on my stay. Never happened. Was not greeted as a Hilton member. Overall unhappy about the lack of effort to fix issues!

The area surrounding this property is super shady. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car outside so I emptied it out before heading inside. The actual hotel was comfortable. The room was small but convenient. The bed was cozy and the amenities such as soap and lotion were good for sensitive skin. The continental breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, old fashioned oatmeal, and the works. I was very satisfied. The price could have been better with consideration for the sketchy area.

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

The location was not as close to the area of Monterey that we were visiting however it was less expensive than hotels that were closer. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The indoor pool was nice but a hot tub would have been even better.

Only issue i have. We were sitting in the common area. Talking, having drinks, and one of the staff members came and told us to be quiet or they will put us out. We were not loud or being unruly. Her name is Reyna. Very mean and condescending. No warning, be quiet or we'll make you leave. We were in a place to talk. Not understanding the situation she put us in. Besides that, all of the othrr staff were great. My stay was still great.

Watsonville stay

We stay here when visiting family in Watsonville. Usually clean and comfortable, though this time we were in a room with a big water stain coming through the bathroom ceiling. I didn’t notice the first night, somehow, but saw it the next morning. Although not that old, this hotel needs a bit of maintenance, from scratches on furniture, doors, walls to aforementioned stain/leak. Also breakfast staff are overworked, need more ppl to clean/keep up area and food.
