We enjoyed our two night stay. The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from the boardwalk and wharf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue that we encountered was there was a gargling noise throughout the the night which I was not sure if it was coming from the plumbing or fridge.

La Quinta was a perfect stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the boardwalk, an easy 5-10 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Breakfast is included with the stay.

The property is three years old and a gem of a place in the heart of it all. It is a minute's walk from the wharf and all the boardwalk action. It is very quiet and charming in a clean and upscale location. The premises were clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfy. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel was so clean and perfect for our first trip to Santa Cruz. The only thing I’d complain about is that our shower had awful water pressure and was very slippery. We had to lay down towels so our 4 year old wouldn’t get hurt.

Great hotel and staff!
Our family had an amazing two night stay over Thanksgiving week. The hotel and rooms were remarkably clean and very comfortable. It was just two blocks up from Beach Street, making it conveniently located to the Boardwalk and pier without all the noise. The staff could not have been nicer. Mom and Dad appreciated the heated pool and complimentary hot breakfast for the kids. We would happily stay at this La Quinta the next time we are in town.
