Walls and afloor very thin our room was neat and elevator and a main door to the hallway. We were only there one night. The people above us didnt sleep ALL night there were walking stomping like troops ALL Night . It seemed like many rooms were available I would not fill the 3rd floor at all smh

I didn't really like the parking situations, super tight! I believe the streets should be accommodated with the stay for free. I can see the parking getting overly crowded for most part of the visit.

The hotel its self was beautiful, excellent location, extremely nice staff and a great rate. But sadly the beds were very firm which I don’t like and the pillows were also flat and stiff. The bedding was itchy. The music playing in the hall was so loud I had to call and ask them to turn it down at 1am which they did. I wish the beds were more comfy because otherwise, I’d book here again!

I think the property it’s over price based on the size of the room. I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay $25 per parking per day talking about cleanse I was so disappointed because there was hair that I’m assuming from the previous In the shower shelf so that’s a no no no I won’t Book again with this hotel

It was a cute place. However noisy, we could hear people running down the halls and people talking hanging out outside. Also the parking situation for big cars not so ideal. However, very conviniet because its next to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.

The gal at the front desk was very accommodating. I said I didn’t know which room we were in, but I was hoping it would be a room with a balcony and a view of the ocean. She checked and was able to get us just what I asked for.
