Really lovely and strong coffee!
Beautiful inn about 2 blocks from el centro. Staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was good with strong, yummy coffee. Warm cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. Our room had a fireplace which was lovely on a cold Santa Fe evening.

My husband and loved our stay here! The room was great, breakfast plentiful, and an easy walk to downtown Santa Fe. We would not hesitate or recommend or stay here again.

This used to be the Old Santa Fe Inn. Robes and other amenities with the old name, and a historic plaque by the Lobby. Very nice but very small room. Bath was so small that it was difficult to open or close the door once inside. Quiet. breakfast a small step better than typical cheap hotel. Walking distance to the Plaza

From the reviews, I was expecting a luxurious stay, but it was just a a regular room. The breakfast was buffet style, and wasn’t very appetizing. I was disappointed.

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
What a great hotel. The room was huge and beautiful, with a lovely fireplace. Breakfast had lots of options and was very tasty. Very assessable and within walking distance to the Plaza. Lots of shops, restaurants and museums close by. On-site parking.

Quaint hotel but have stayed at better places.
Nice hotel but front desk staff is not friendly at all. You don’t feel welcome. It’s a half mile walk to the main plaza area.

I stayed here before current ownership. It's still great location and building. The 'free' breakfast quality has slipped and they need to up their maintenance effort (we had a clear view of the sky through a misaligned door and the heating system didn't work). OK value for the money. Great staff, constantly tried hard to do the right thing/s.

Nice place downtown
Right downtown in Santa Fe. Had a rare 2nd floor room with fireplace. Private stairs led to private patio and room. Unusual. Basic but very good breakfast. Had dinner there as well. All food and drinks first class

Property was nice and clean. Staff does not show eagerness to help or please at the front desk. The girls in the kitchen work hard and go the extra mile. Lack of parking. I had to park in one of the spots for registration at night to find a nasty note from security in the morning saying the spot is only for registration. If there was a spot to park I would have done it. No apology from management. I thought this was rude!
