The hotel is very old and the surrounding neighborhood has a large homeless population. It looked like some hotel guests were homeless or inadequately housed people.

It was nowhere as shown the hotel is old and had carpets trashy hallways dirty walls tub looks quick fix tub fixture unprofessional. The back of the hotel very trashy everywhere coffee maker in room didn’t work as well as hair dryer. Towels very thin and small looked more like hand towels. Motel 6 sounds better lol. I would never recommend to anyone. Reason I selected this one was out of desperation to get out of a severe thunderstorm. The front desk clerk was nice but that is all. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed pictures are not what they appear. I felt like sleeping in my car. Looks like a place for homeless people.

Pass on this place if at all possible. I was stuck with few options in Santa Fe so I went with the Hotel Inn Santa Fe. Bad decision on my part. Before making the trip, I called the front desk to make sure they were ADA complaint. I was told yes. I was concerned due to injuries from a vehicle accident that makes it difficult for me to get around. Upon arrival we were placed on the second floor. I asked where the elevator was. They answered there is no elevator here. That was the first shock to the system. I had no choice but to move forward with the stay. My wife and daughter helped me get up the stairs. I noticed there were no ADA ramps, no ADA bars, no ADA parking. The next thing was the security exit door at the rear of the building was broken It would not read a card. No good since the only parking was on that side of the building. The next night I found the same door completely broken and unable to shut or lock. The fourth night there someone has chained the door shut. That is a fire code violation. I couldn't believe what I saw. Then the rooms were horrible. We booked two rooms and both were filthy. The carpet was moldy. If you walked barefoot your feet turned black. The restroom floor was rotten and felt like it was about to collapse. I could go on and on. The building was a dump. The outside lighting was almost all bulbs out. The "food" for breakfast was a joke. Needless to say, we will never stay here again. It is private owned no improveme

The gym looks nothing like what the pictures show. I went in there looking for the treadmill , and was dissapointed when there was none . I rented 3 bedrooms for my family and 2 of the rooms had no working TV . It took a few calls to the front desk to get this issue fixed . Second night there , cops show up at 2:30 am for a noise complaint . All my family was asleep by that time . Not sure who called but was very inconvenient and SCARY for my children to be woken up in the middle of the night like that . The staff was friendly thats the only reason why i dont give a lower score . By the way there are a few broken doors around the property which still give access to anyone without a card . And the ice machine in the top floor doesnt work . We probably wont be staying here again .

You get what you pay for. The carpets are ancient and lumpy. Theres a general musk about the place, and the first floor by the entrance smelled heavily of Indian cuisine. My room key card de magentized and I had to go back to the front desk to be able to get onto my room had to keep the card in my sock the rest of my trip to not have to deal with that again.there were some light stains on the bed sheets.
