Had a fun bar with $5 margaritas and a live band, which really added to the value. It had a very nice breakfast with really good coffee and almond milk. It had a good variety. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were smaller than I had pictured and it was just a basic motel room which was disappointing. There is lots to do around there though.

Never Ever going back after 3 times
I booked again for the 3rd attempt to get a decent room. We booked during the Covid and the room was a complete mess. I asked for a different room than we had the last time and they put us by the pool which again was not operational! This room was small and only had a desk chair for one other person to sit in! The A/C ran all night at 72 The door was cut out to swing past the toilet that was installed also! Not a lot of sound design planning went into a very poor upgrade of the rooms. When we left we tried the breakfast, it was cold and we had to sit outside. Not going back and for the price they charge, I could get the same at a Motel 6 and maybe even have a better room! Sorry Sage you dropped the ball on us

Reasonable rates, bar and restaurant right there (with live music!), comfy bed, excellent complimentary breakfast!, friendly and helpful staff. If you want a 5-star hotel for $400 a night, go for it. Me? I'll take the Sage.

This is an old style two story motel without interior halls. All the rooms face the parking lot making it convenient to get your travel items back and forth from your auto. Easy walking distance to the Town Square and just a block from the popular railroad area with the farmers markets, museum, restaurants and more. All the employees have a positive attitude. The Social restaurant and bar is terrific and will deliver food and drink to your room. Rooms are remodeled nicely and tastefully decorated. Plumbing is strong, linens are nice. Great stay.

I chose this place for its location. It served me fine for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast-fresh raspberries and Greek yogurt Yum! The bedside charging points and outlets in the room did not work well the TV did not work due to some Wi-Fi issues. The outlet in the bathroom was the only place I could charge my phone. And the floor was a little sticky.

I enjoyed the pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet has a variety of delicious choices. Having a shuttle option is a plus when walking is not desired. The Sage is in walking distance of the square, Rail Yard and many places in between.

When we got there they were having trouble with the internet and they thought they wouldn’t be able to check us in. Luckily we had cash and they were able to after all. The room was nice enough although one of the plugs by the bed wasn’t working. And around 11 pm I saw a dirty towel on top of the closet rack. It was in a strange place so I figured house keeping just didn’t see it. Overall the staff was pleasant, room was affordable and comfortable as well as conveniently located.
