Chic exclusive private guest home with Kitchenette & Full bathroom in the heart of wine country.Home is upstairs above a 4 car garage attached to an Estate Home (No Shared walls).The Estate homes kitchen windows are adjacent to the guest home windows.When all the windows are open you may hear me in my kitchen as I am cooking or baking.
One mile off the 101. Close to VAFB (20 mins), 1 hr to Santa Barbara.Orcutt is full of wine tasting rooms and restaurants.Orcutt is small & closes about 9 pm.

Chic Up Stairs Quiet Private spotless guest Home with Queen Size bed, & 2 - twin size beds (All 3 beds are in the same room) , kitchenette and full private bathroom with bathtub.
This space is above the garage. Sometimes you may hear the garage door open.
When all the windows are open in the guest home as well as the main home you may hear me in my kitchen
as I love to cook and bake.
The guest home and the main home share no walls so you only may hear us thru open windows.

This is a great place to enjoy super fast wi-fi. Enjoy a stay-cation, school on line, or work online.

We do allow pets with a $40 per stay, per pet fee. We ask you please tell us about your pet/pets and provide a photo.

The private Guest home is upstairs, enclosed patio and huge front yard. Washer and Dryer are in the unit.
Electric vehicle charger is on the driveway.

We are usually home and happy to answer any questions.
You will have a semi-private entrance thru the second entryway to the side of the house. Then a private entrance to your suite. You may see us, or hear us. Our kitchen windows are near your entrance so we may wave or say hello if we see you. We do have dogs and cats who live in the main house.

Exclusive neighborhood. Very safe, private, and quiet. Wonderful for walks and enjoying nature.

This area is in the country so a car will be best. The bus stop is 1 mile away.

Enjoy the heart of the central coast from this amazing home. Many local wineries are just a short drive. Famous steak houses are just down the road (20 min drive). Since Orcutt is a little town, most places close by 9 pm. You must drive into Orcutt about 2 miles, or Santa Maria about 6 miles. A car is your best choice.
We are on a septic tank, please only put toilet paper down the toilet. Please put all feminine hygiene products in the trash can.
Lodging tax is 12%. It is included with the price you pay.
Quiet time is 9 pm till 7 am please.
No Smoking, and no drugs.
Please do not go on the neighbors property's.
1 dog is allowed with a photo and a reference. $40 per dog/cat fee will be added.
I do have dogs and cats. They will not be in your space.
Washer and Dryer In unit.
We are 1 mile from the 101, but in a bedroom community. Our little town closes up at about 9 pm. If you are arriving late, please plan to eat before you arrive, or let me know you will be needing something to eat.
We are on Septic Tank. Please No wipes, or feminine products down the toilet.
