Pool was outdated and falling apart. Bathrooms and televisions need updating. When trying to book they were not accommodating for a family with small children.

We stayed at the bungalows which are in optimal condition, and the best part is that they are located on ground level in from of the pool. We and our kids had a blast!

The property was a little aged and our room itself felt like it hadn't been updated in a while. However, the room and overall hotel was lovely. Great little kitchen, air conditioning kept us comfortable despite the extreme heat and humidity. And the staff were just lovely. The hotel is away from where many restaurants are located so you do need to get around by taxi to get to Las Crucecitas. I would return without question.

I really liked the shipping container suites, they were well equipped and just big enough. The pool was nice but did look a little neglected, there used to be a swim up bar but that is closed. They are building a big condo building next door so the area is very loud as there are about 400 workers.

Major construction going on right next door. Probably for another 6 months as there is a three story building being built-up and they start work at 6 am.Way too many mosquitoes. Pool is disgusting.

El elevador no servía, me dieron habitación al 2do. Piso. No surtían artículos de tocador. Mi habitación fue para 3 personas y cambiamos para 4 nos cobraron la diferencia, no nos dieron almohadas ni frasadas para 2 personas. Además argumentaron que no tenían ningún convenio con ustedes. Cambiaron mi nombre para la nota de hospedaje. El aseo mal hecho. Pero en fin otra experiencia no tan grata como en Can Cun. Gracias

El hotel la verdad se ve viejo y descuidado. La limpieza básica, las camas son cómodas las habitaciones son amplias eso si es de resaltar y su cocinera también es un plus. Tiene una bonita alberca y la ubicación es buena.
