Surrounded by olive trees, mountain springs, and scenic hiking trails right at your doorstep, this cottage offers a tranquil escape into nature.

Step onto the spacious deck, where outdoor and indoor living seamlessly blend. Lounge in style amidst the comfortable seating, take a refreshing dip in the Modpool container pool/jacuzzi, and enjoy easy access to the third bedroom guest suite.

Inside, the main cottage and guest suite are adorned with designer furniture and furnishings, ensuring a luxurious stay. Sink into blissful slumber on Amerisleep AS3 mattresses, acclaimed for their unparalleled comfort, topped with pressed Restoration Hardware linens and sumptuous Pacific Feather Company duvets.

The cottage features two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen) located on a mezzanine level, accessible via floating stairs, providing a unique and open layout. Please note that the bathroom is located downstairs, making the cottage ideal for close friends and family who prioritize togetherness over complete privacy.

Just steps away, the separate guest suite offers a cozy sitting area and a plush Queen bed, albeit without its own bathroom (yet!).

In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for a delightful mountain escape, from large appliances like a refrigerator and dishwasher to smaller conveniences like a drip coffee maker and a SAECO automatic coffee system for crafting your favorite beverages.

Indulge in the luxurious bathroom, furnished with plush Restoration Hardware Turkish towels and Napa Valley Soap amenities, ensuring a pampering experience. Additional amenities such as a hairdryer, tissues, toilet paper, Q-Tips, and makeup remover are also provided for your convenience.

Nestled in a shaded corner of the lot, the cottage enjoys gentle breezes and maintains a cool ambiance throughout the year, thanks to its metal roof. While central A/C is not available, a beautiful stone fireplace and forced-air heating provide warmth on chilly evenings and nights, ensuring your comfort no matter the season.

Mayastoga offers our guests Wine Country Concierge services for a small fee per day of your stay. Your concierge will plan and manage all aspects of your visit to our distinctive property in California’s northern Wine Country. Itineraries can include boutique and hard-to-access wineries, local restaurant reservations and transportation, as well as special touches that make for a truly memorable adventure. In addition to your tasting days, arrangements can include evenings in the comfort of your luxury residence with a private chef, a guest winemaker, or a cheese tasting and pairing with an internationally recognized food and wine expert (or all of the above!). Of course, there are numerous activities in addition to wine and culinary plans that are regularly arranged for our clients that include unique local attractions and activities (including our “Kids Country” itineraries).

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: We have a 3+ night minimum depending upon the time of year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. (We do not charge credit card fees when guests originally reserve)
- Cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund unless we are able to rebook the property for your same dates. In that case you will be refunded the full amount of your payments to date less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. If we choose, you may be able to receive a credit toward a future stay valued at the full amount of your payments less original credit card fees.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS/NON-DISCLOSURE:
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
- Any non-disclosure by Renter, such as failure to disclose pets brought to the property, additional guests allowed on the property by Renter, or any other material non-disclosure identified during Renter's stay will result in a fine equivalent to 50% of the rental amount.
DEPOSIT: We reserve the right to include a cash deposit based upon the details of the reservation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We are not your travel insurance company! Please seriously consider purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming reservation. While travel insurance is not mandatory it can protect against an unforeseen trip cancellation. There are many options for travel insurance and Mayastoga Property Group has arranged for our guests to purchase travel insurance through RentalGuardian, one of the leading companies offering this product. Standard travel insurance costs only 7% of your total invoice and CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance costs just 9.8%. You will be offered the opportunity to add this insurance to your reservation at check-out.

Quiet Hours as mandated by Sonoma County Code Section 26-88-120 are between 10p and 7a.

We've check out per your instructions. Please see our concerns regarding our stay. Dear Arthur, Firstly, we encountered a severe ant problem in the home. This not only caused discomfort but also led to the destruction of some of our food, which we had to throw away. Additionally, we experienced frequent power issues. The electricity in both units would cut out in whenever we tried to use a flat iron, coffee maker or toaster making it difficult to prepare for our activities. The blue ring lights continuously flashed and blinked also creating a sleep disturbance. Upstairs TV nor ADU TV did not work. The noise levels such as the portable units were another major concern. It’s loud and disruptive. Despite the property’s description, we found the noise to be quite disturbing, making it hard to relax or sleep. Furthermore, the sleeping arrangements were far from ideal. The rooms had no blinds or window coverings, leaving us without privacy and unable to block out the morning light. In fact, none of the rooms had adequate window coverings, which was very disappointing. This stay and accommodation did not meet any of our expectations and we are severely disappointed based on the cost, expense and description of this home.

Exquisite!
This property has a WOW factor. The design and decorative details are impeccable and the place is super cozy. The beds are wonderful, and the separate cottage is the perfect place for guests who need more privacy. It was enjoyable to be immersed within nature. We saw wild turkeys, jack rabbits and deer on the property. The steps to the upstair bedroom in the main cabin are pretty steep, so if there's someone with mobility issues, it could be a problem. Overall, a stunning property. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Property- a few issues
First off, the property was as beautiful as the listing showed. It felt private while being close to town. We did experience a few issues however. First was a lack of communication with the property manager. We asked numerous times for the address to give to our driving service, and for the check in info before our arrival. Normally this is automatic with VRBO properties. Second, we specifically booked a property with a hot tub and after delaying our arrival time by an hour per their request, we got there and found the hot tub/pool did not work. We were not informed about this prior to our arrival. A couple more items that could use improvement, toilet plumbing didn’t always work, there were ants in the kitchen, and there weren’t any coffee mugs. We were offered a 25% discount, however we have not been credited yet. Overall the property was beautiful and could be a 5 star rental with a few small changes.

Séjour parfait pour visites de vignobles
Ce fut un séjour parfait pour nous. Nous avons fait des visites de vignobles et avons pu profiter de la piscine, car les journées étaient très chaudes. Il y avait un climatiseur au deuxième et dans le petit logement près de la piscine, mais avec les nuits fraîches, nous n’en avions pas besoin. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous avons adoré ce logement et si nous revenons, nous relouerons au même endroit
