We had several issues. The toilet ran all night due to a tank leak, the TV only played two channels, the WiFi was a non-entity. Calls to the front desk about these issues were not acted upon. Will not return.

Bed was comfortable, but would not recommend.
Hotel was adequate, However rooms do not have bathtubs as noted Bed was comfortable. First night of 2 night stay was terrible as our neighbors were entertaining well past midnight, with people coming and going and smoking and talking outside our door until 4:30am. Called the front desk around midnight, only help they could offer was contact police as they did not have security for the night, as they usually do most nights. i was not going to call the police on my neighbors as that was overkill. Asked that the management contact me the next day, I was assured they would. Never heard from anyone. Terrible customer service.

Very Very Disappointed Stay
Carpet was very dirty, the tv and internet did not work and to top it off our toliet clogged! In regards to the toliet we were told mo plunger available, maintenance mam wasnt in until 9-10am and there was nothinh they could do to help. We called back to ask were we should pee and was told workout room. The toliet didnt get fixed until 10:30am, a half hour before check out! We couldn't believe the experience we were having and the lack of service, resolutions and poor treatment received from the staff. We usually have good experiences at the Sandman. Very very disappointed and wasnt even offered a free night or discount. We traveled from Oregon.

Greta for the cost!
This was the third time I’ve stayed here. Love the pool and staff were all amazing. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. Listening to other guests who thought they were getting an upscale hotel for this price cracked me up hanging by the pool. For the cost it’s fantastic!! We paid the same rate for a place in the neighboring town on a previous trip and it was no where close to having what the Sandman offers. The owners are improving this place every time I’ve been here over the past 3 years. Pretty soon it’s going to warrant a price increase
